Claude never silently changes your account. Before any price update, listing edit, or campaign action, it shows you the exact SKU, value, and scope — and waits for your explicit OK.
Revoke access from your account page at any time. This severs the Amazon OAuth grant immediately, stops every write, and clears your credential from our store.
Your Amazon authorization token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and is used only to call Amazon on your behalf — never shared, never sold, never used to train a model.

How do I get it?
Request access on our contact page. We'll send an invitation, you add Mt. Lyra Commerce inside Claude, and you connect Amazon through the standard Login-with-Amazon flow. The whole setup takes about five minutes.
Do you use my data to train anything?
No. Your Amazon data is never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. Claude processes your questions in the moment; nothing is retained for training, resold, or repurposed for product analytics.
Where does my Amazon data actually go?
Your authorization credential is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and is used only to call Amazon on your behalf. Your business data — sales, inventory, advertising, listings — flows from Amazon to your Claude session to answer your question. It is not warehoused in a database of ours.
Do I need to be technical?
No. There's one setup step inside Claude, a Login-with-Amazon flow you've likely done before, and then you simply ask questions in plain English.
Can it break my account?
Every action that writes to your account is designed to ask for your confirmation first. Claude shows you the proposed change — the SKU, the value, the scope — and waits for your explicit OK before anything is sent to Amazon.
Which marketplaces are supported?
All marketplaces under a single Seller Central account are covered — North America, Europe, and the Far East regions alike.

Is this endorsed by Amazon?
No. Mt. Lyra Commerce is an independent product. Amazon authorizes our use of the Selling Partner API and the Amazon Ads API under their standard developer terms — that authorization is not an endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.
